After visiting Cape Coral 11 years ago and loving it, my wife Carryl and I moved here. Our 5 adult children are pursuing their careers elsewhere and raising 3 grandchildren so far.
Having worked in the commercial industrial auction industry for over 35 years I regularly handle $100+ million transactions annually. My accomplishments as Director of Operations include the successful liquidation of over (120) ITT College locations throughout the United States and the sales of well known companies such as Pan Am Airlines, Braniff Airlines, Sands Hotel & Casino, Crazy Eddie and Newmark & Lewis. Tiger Group is involved in the sale or assessment of over $2B in corporate assets annually. My clients include Federal and State Courts, Municipalities, Trustees, Assignees, Special Masters, Fortune 500’s, Turnaround Management Companies and the World's largest lending institutions.
Besides being a licensed and certified auctioneer and appraiser I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent and licensed Boat Charter Captain based here in Cape Coral.
I am a past member of the Cape Coral Waterway Advisory Board, member of the USCG Auxiliary and founding member and current Chairman of the Half Century Plus Softball league here in Cape Coral. I want to represent the people of Cape Coral in a fiscally responsible way while addressing issues important to our community.
Many things are happening in District 6 and throughout Cape Coral. The population is expanding faster than ever, new commercial businesses are moving into the Pine Island corridor, an RV park is being built on Burnt Store Rd, while zoning and city ordinances are being challenged,
We need to enact plans to address forseeable required increases to our support infrastructure without impacting the way of life we all enjoy. This includes confronting clean water issues, increases to police/fire/emergency services, higher speed internet, additional street lighting up in the Northwest and being stewards of our community.
